🔥Cursor Agent adds a Canvas feature: AI output upgraded from text to an interactive interface
Cursor 3.1 introduces the Canvas feature. After the Agent handles a task, it can directly generate an interactive React interface, including charts, tables, diff views, or custom logic. Canvas exists as a persistent artifact in the Agents Window, displayed side by side with the terminal, browser, and version control. Higher information density: for example, in incident response, the Agent can merge multi-source data into the same Canvas chart instead of using markdown tables; during PR review, the Agent can group changes by importance or generate pseudocode.
