FOMO is really more frustrating than FOLLO. I might say "Hmm, okay" when I make a little profit on paper, but once it turns red (losses), I can't help but check again. Nothing has actually changed, but before bed, I still refresh the market data one more time, as if waiting for a verdict. Honestly, losses make people feel like they've "done something wrong," while profits are just "good luck," and your mind refuses to let go.

These past couple of days, that mainstream public chain has been upgrading/maintaining, and the group has started guessing whether the ecosystem will migrate. I also got a bit anxious: not because of technical issues, but because of the narrative suddenly shifting sides, and the assets in hand instantly turning into "stories no one is telling."

My current clumsy way to prevent impulsive trading is: when I want to "add a bit more," I first close the app, go pour a glass of water, give myself ten minutes, and when I come back, I only ask myself—am I making a judgment, or seeking relief? If it's the latter, forget it, just sleep.
