#Gate13周年 ⚠️ Bitcoin Short Selling Plan for Today, April 16, 2026
Aggressive Short (Preemptive Trial and Error)
Shorting Range: 75,800 – 76,200
Stop Loss: 76,800
Take Profit: 74,800 / 74,200
👉 Logic:
The first touch of resistance at a high level often results in a short-term pullback.
An aggressive short essentially bets on a failed attempt to push higher, not predicting the top.
🧠 Steady Short (Higher ladder after stop loss)
Shorting Range: 77,200 – 78,000
Stop Loss: 78,800
Take Profit: 75,500 / 74,500
👉 Logic:
If the aggressive short hits the stop loss, it indicates the market is still pushing upward.
A true distribution zone can only form at higher levels, which is a more certain short position.
🚀 Mid-term Short (Structural positioning)
Positioning Range: 78,000 – 82,000
Stop Loss: 85,000
Target: 68,000 / 62,000
👉 Logic:
Only when there is repeated oscillation at high levels and upward momentum weakens will a distribution structure gradually form.
Mid-term shorts are not about catching the top but about utilizing the trend pullback after market distribution is complete.
