Oracle has not utilized the millions in Tax Increment Financing (TIF) incentives it inherited for data centers on the former Cerner campus in Kansas City. Despite having access to these incentives, the tech giant has made no moves to develop the data centers, raising questions about its plans for the south Kansas City property. This comes amidst previous reports of job cuts and building acquisitions by Oracle in the KC area.
