Today I got the itch again to chase that green candlestick, almost impulsively adding to my position.

Later I forced myself to stop for 5 minutes and asked myself: Is the new information pushing me now, or just pure emotion (fear of missing out, wanting to recover yesterday’s losses)?
Honestly, when emotions come, the brain automatically treats “possible” as “certain.”
Recently, with the pledge and shared security yield stacking being criticized as “pyramid schemes,” I also felt a bit tempted, but the more these layered returns happen, the more I have to admit I really don’t understand the tail risk.
Anyway, I set a rule for myself: as long as I can’t clearly explain where the returns come from and how the risk propagates, I’ll treat it not as an opportunity but as a temptation.
That’s it for now.
