Tesla executive says Shanghai factory will provide the "golden key" for mass production of Optimus robots
Tesla China’s General Manager Wang Hao stated that Tesla’s largest manufacturing base—the Shanghai Gigafactory—has the potential to produce humanoid robots in the future. The factory’s efficient production and innovative capabilities are seen as key factors in driving CEO Elon Musk to quickly commercialize this technology. Wang Hao said at a Tuesday press conference that CEO Musk has pointed out that large-scale production is a critical challenge in manufacturing humanoid robots.
