Lately, I really feel like I'm switching radio stations: one second I'm listening to AI Agent automatically running cross-chain interactions, and the next the channel switches to "Someone is about to take off again." I'm trying not to chase the first wave of excitement, and I ask myself two questions: what exactly does this narrative solve, or is it just packaging emotions and selling them to me? Then I check if the on-chain data can keep up (not just a bunch of reposts, the on-chain activity is actually quiet).

The automated trading part is even more outrageous, hyped up as if someone has a cheat code, but no one talks about security details—permissions, signatures, contracts—whether they can slap me at any moment... Anyway, I have a simple trick now: when a hot topic comes up, cool down for 24 hours first. If I can resist clicking confirm, I win half the battle. Honestly, I don't mind missing out; what I fear is being brainwashed every time with "It's your turn to get rich soon," which is really annoying.
