ME News message, April 4 (UTC+8), the Cyberspace Administration of China issued a notice on publicly soliciting opinions on the《Administrative Measures for Information Services of Digital Virtual Humans (Draft for Comments)》, planning to strengthen the management of information services for digital virtual humans. It noted that starting from the provision of digital virtual human services, service providers of digital virtual human services, service users, and service providers that provide online information content dissemination services shall, throughout the entire time, continuously display a prominent prompt identification containing the words “digital human” in the digital virtual human display area, and comply with the relevant provisions of the state on labeling for AI-generated and synthetic content.
