Beijing Frontier Brain-Computer Interface Research Institute officially established

Recently, the Beijing Frontier Brain-Computer Interface Research Institute was officially established. It is understood that the institute is led by Beijing Capital Medical University’s Xuanwu Hospital, with Zhao Guoguang, the director, serving as the chief scientist. It will build six major shared support platforms covering neurophysiological data resource, intelligent algorithm development, device development and testing, preclinical validation, and more, to develop a neural disease database, a neurophysiology large model, and treatment plan for neurological diseases, forming a complete chain from data to validation.
