Recently, I’ve really been enjoying listening to instrumental music. I listen to it before bed, and I also listen during my walks after work. The process of listening helps me feel very calm inside. Maybe this is also a way to treat anxiety and depression. A few days ago, while walking at Flower City Square, my headphones happened to be playing the song "Felicity." At that moment, a few kids nearby were playing and making noise. I suddenly felt a very relaxed and happy feeling.
