Tianqi Lithium Industry announcement: The company’s operating revenue for 2025 was 10.35B yuan, down 20.80% year over year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 463 million yuan, compared with a loss of 7.9 billion yuan in the same period last year, turning losses into profits on a year-over-year basis. The company plans not to distribute any cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to convert capital reserve into share capital.
