Weigao Co., Ltd. (01066.HK): The China Securities Regulatory Commission issues a filing notice regarding the company’s application for full circulation of H shares

Glonghui April 1丨Weigao Shares (01066.HK) announced that the company recently received a filing notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the company’s proposed implementation of full circulation of H shares.

According to the filing notice, the company has completed the CSRC filing in China for the conversion of 48.3 million unlisted shares (representing approximately 1.06% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of this announcement) into H shares.

After the completion of the relevant conversion and the approval for listing granted by the Stock Exchange, the 48.3 million H shares will be listed for trading on the main board of the Stock Exchange.

The filing notice has a validity period of 12 months, commencing from March 26, 2026.

The company will apply to the Stock Exchange for approval of the listing and trading of the relevant H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange.
