Three Gorges Hydropower: Plans to sign a daily related-party transaction contract worth 697 million yuan
The Daily Economic News AI Express, on April 2, China Three Gorges Corporation (the “Company”) issued an announcement regarding its ordinary related-party transactions. The Company plans to carry out ordinary related-party transactions for fiscal year 2026 with its related parties, including China Yangtze River Three Gorges Group Co., Ltd. and its controlling subsidiaries, Chongqing Fuling Energy Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and its controlling subsidiaries, Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd. and its controlling subsidiaries, among others, in areas such as purchasing and selling electricity, engineering labor services, operation and maintenance and inspections, and energy services. The total expected amount for the full year is RMB 698 million. Of this, the expected amount for selling products and services to related parties and providing labor services is RMB 664 million; the expected amount for purchasing goods from related parties and accepting labor services is RMB 34 million. This related-party transaction is conducted based on the Company’s normal production and business needs. Pricing follows the market’s fair principles and is determined using cost-plus reasonable returns or competitive bidding and negotiations, among other methods. There is no circumstance that would harm the interests of the Company or its minority shareholders. It will not affect the Company’s independence, nor does it constitute a significant reliance on the related party.
