Among them, Base will focus on three major directions: building a global market (upgrading on-chain market infrastructure to support tokenization of any asset, 24/7 trading including stocks, commodities, prediction markets, perpetual contracts, and others, and打造 Base App as the entry point for trading millions of assets 24/7); expanding payments and stablecoins (upgrading privacy primitives, local account abstraction, stablecoin payment of gas fees, and other features to build the most liquid stablecoin market, making Base App the most convenient platform for saving, consuming, and paying); becoming a home for builders (providing native smart account support for AI Agents through initiatives such as Base Batches and a developers committee, and introducing mechanisms like ERC-8021 to incentivize participants to bring in users and trading volume).
