🔥Opinion: The US-Iran standoff lacks an exit route, and the risk of escalation is increasing

On April 5, Middle East scholar Mohammad Ali Shabani stated that U.S. President Trump is prepared to fulfill his threat to strike Iran's critical infrastructure, which could lead to a serious escalation of the regional situation. Iran, on the other hand, has launched attacks on Kuwaiti infrastructure to send a signal to the U.S. that it "will not back down." Shabani pointed out that the current situation is similar to a standoff, with neither side able to exit gracefully, and there is a high possibility of serious escalation in the region within the next 24 hours.
