During the 2026 “3.15” Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education and Promotion Campaign, to practice the concept of serving the people through finance, New China Insurance Gansu Branch took this opportunity to organize various agencies to actively carry out the “Fight Insurance Fraud, Protect Legal Rights” anti-insurance fraud publicity and education activities.

  1. Conduct outdoor publicity. At the event site, each agency focused on topics of public concern such as insurance knowledge, the dangers of insurance fraud, legal consequences, and key points of consumer rights protection. They distributed promotional leaflets and engaged in face-to-face communication to popularize common financial trap identification skills, enhance consumers’ risk awareness and self-protection abilities, improve financial literacy among the public, and jointly create a harmonious and healthy financial consumption environment.

  2. Focus on key groups. Targeting the core audiences of “Two Departments and Two Members,” they proactively visited express delivery outlets to carry out anti-insurance fraud publicity activities. Using a “simple explanation + case analysis” approach, they provided professional guidance, precise education, and caring services for rights protection, upgrading the anti-insurance fraud education from “broad coverage” to “precise reach.”

  3. Reach rural frontline areas. Led by party building efforts, fully leveraging the exemplary role of party members, they formed teams of party backbone members and education volunteers to go deep into rural areas such as Xifeng Town in Jiuquan City, Huazhai Village in Quanshan Township, Shuichuan Town in Baiyin City, and Qinan County in Tianshui City. They regularly promoted anti-insurance fraud awareness, bringing insurance knowledge, the dangers of insurance fraud, legal rights protection, rational consumption, and rights protection services directly to villagers’ doorsteps. They provided one-on-one Q&A sessions to effectively improve grassroots residents’ financial literacy and risk prevention capabilities, strengthening the rural financial security line.

This publicity campaign effectively popularized knowledge related to anti-insurance fraud, promoted financial knowledge at the grassroots level, and enhanced the public’s financial literacy and risk awareness. It demonstrated New China Insurance Gansu Branch’s commitment to social responsibility through practical actions, contributing to high-quality industry development and social harmony and stability.
