Xining Smart Computing Center Project Officially Signed and Landed in Nanchuan Industrial Park, Xining Economic Development Zone

Viewpoint Network News: On March 23, the Xining Intelligent Computing Center project officially signed and settled in Nanchuan Industrial Park, Xining (National Level) Economic and Technological Development Zone, becoming the first green computing power benchmark project under the “JingShu QingSuan” cooperation, with a total investment of 950 million yuan.

Information shows that the project will upgrade by leasing existing data centers from the local mobile company within the park, covering an area of approximately 3,000 square meters. It plans to build a 10,000 P Flops-level hybrid computing power center, with an initial scale of 5,000 P Flops, based on general computing power and supplemented by validated domestically-produced computing power.

The project adopts an order-driven model to precisely match market demand, quickly implementing through Xining Development Zone’s “Seamless Service.” It focuses on providing computing power services for proprietary large models, offering low-cost, high-efficiency, sustainable inclusive computing support for leading enterprises and local small and medium-sized businesses. The project is scheduled to be operational by June this year.
