Abstract generation in progress

Invesco, an asset management firm with approximately $2.2 trillion in assets under management, will take over the management of Superstate’s tokenized U.S. Treasury bond fund USTB, which has a scale of about $900 million. The transfer is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026, and the fund will be renamed Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund. The fund will retain its existing tokenized structure and on-chain infrastructure, with Superstate continuing to provide technical support. This partnership marks Invesco’s official entry into the approximately $12 billion tokenized U.S. Treasury market, joining traditional asset managers like BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, and Fidelity in the on-chain asset space.
