Chinese Citizens Should Return Home or Evacuate as Soon as Possible! Our Embassy Issues Another Reminder
Source | Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy in Israel
Currently, the security situation in the Middle East continues to deteriorate. Israel is experiencing an increased frequency, scope, and intensity of missile and drone attacks, with rising casualties and property damage. Incidents of people risking their lives by failing to enter bomb shelters are occurring repeatedly. The Chinese Embassy in Israel once again reminds Chinese citizens in Israel to abandon complacency, return to China as soon as possible or evacuate to safe areas. Stay away from airports, ports, power plants, refineries, and other critical infrastructure and military sensitive sites. Strictly follow the security instructions from the Israeli rear command, ensure that your residence and workplace are equipped with adequate bomb shelters, and immediately enter shelter upon hearing air-raid sirens. Take safety precautions seriously, stay alert, avoid complacency, and do not treat life lightly. In case of emergencies, please contact the police promptly and get in touch with the Chinese Embassy in Israel.
On March 25, the Chinese Embassy in Israel will organize another group of Chinese citizens (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan compatriots) to evacuate through the Taba border crossing in Egypt. Fellow compatriots in Israel, especially those in high-risk areas, are urged to register their personal information in a timely manner and prepare accordingly.
