Dong-E E-Jiao Vice President Li Qingchuan Resigns

Beijing Business Daily News (Reporter Wang Yinhao, Song Yuying): On March 24, Dong’e E Jiao announced that due to work changes, Li Qingchuan has applied to resign from his position as Vice President of the company. After resigning, Li Qingchuan will serve as the Deputy Secretary of the company’s Party Committee.

According to the announcement, as of the date of this notice, Li Qingchuan holds 20,639 restricted shares of the company, with the original term ending on August 6, 2027. After resigning, Li Qingchuan will continue to comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding the reduction of holdings by senior management personnel upon departure.
