China Life Insurance Jingxian Branch: Financial Advocacy Grounded in Reality, Consumer Safety Wins Hearts

Recently, in response to the “3.15” financial consumer rights protection education and publicity campaign, and to effectively enhance financial consumers’ awareness of risk prevention and self-protection, China Life Jingxian Branch organized a publicity event around the slogan “Clear Financial Networks, Protect Peace of Mind Consumption” in the bustling streets of Jingxian. The event attracted many citizens to stop and participate.
In the early stages of the event, China Life Jingxian Branch attached great importance, established a special working team, and developed a detailed activity plan. To ensure effective publicity, the company prepared a variety of promotional materials, including illustrated brochures, engaging case display boards, and practical small gifts. At the event site, prominent banners with the slogan “Clear Financial Networks, Protect Peace of Mind Consumption” were hung in conspicuous locations, creating a strong promotional atmosphere.
On the day of the event, the company set up a publicity booth on the busy street, where staff enthusiastically distributed promotional materials to passersby and patiently explained relevant knowledge about protecting financial consumers’ rights. Addressing common concerns such as insurance claims, investment and wealth management, and prevention of financial scams, staff used simple and understandable language to provide detailed answers based on real cases, helping citizens gain a clearer and deeper understanding of financial consumption.
The “3.15” financial consumer rights protection education and publicity activity received positive responses and widespread praise from the public. Through on-site explanations, case displays, and online promotion, the event effectively popularized knowledge about financial consumer rights protection, enhancing citizens’ risk awareness and self-protection capabilities. According to statistics, over 150 promotional materials were distributed, more than 50 citizens consulted, and the online publicity information was read over 300 times.
In the future, China Life Jingxian Branch will continue to uphold the service philosophy of “customer-centered,” constantly improve service quality and standards, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers, and make active contributions to the healthy and stable development of the financial industry.
