Ping An Life Insurance Hosts the First New Talent Insurance and Wellness Advisor Gala, Launches the IWA Brand Identity
Recently, China Ping An Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ping An Life” or “the Company”) held its inaugural “Insurance Wellness Advisor New Talent Ceremony” in Sanya, Hainan. 491 emerging representatives who joined the company within the past two years from various branches across the country stood out from over 100,000 newcomers, witnessing the growth and glory moments of the new generation of insurance wellness advisors. A relevant person in charge of Ping An Life stated that the company attaches great importance to the recruitment and training of new talent, actively promoting the reshaping of talent value in the life insurance industry. Currently, the company is building a systematic, professional, and elite talent development system to create a benchmark team of insurance wellness advisors for the new era, driving high-quality development with high-caliber talent.
Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager Cai Ting delivered a speech, saying the company will provide a broad platform for talents eager to seize the opportunities of the times and dedicate themselves to the insurance industry. He pointed out that Ping An Life is focusing on the three major systems of “Good Insurance, Good Life, Good Development” to create a high-quality platform aligned with the industry’s development stage, ensuring the career development certainty for those striving. To this end, the company launched the “Insurance Wellness Advisor” brand, aiming to comprehensively upgrade the agent identity—from traditional insurance sales personnel to professional advisors safeguarding clients’ health, wealth, and retirement—offering four dimensions of “ten good” advantages in career development, capability enhancement, customer service, and product coverage to support each agent’s all-round growth. Cai Ting stated, “Helping others achieve success, benefiting the world; insurance is a career worth clients trusting for life and practitioners practicing throughout their lives.”
At the ceremony, Chen Binghui, General Manager of the Headquarters Team Development and Training Department, officially launched the new brand logo for “Insurance Wellness Advisor”—IWA. The logo is derived from the initials of “Insurance,” “Wellness,” and “Advisor,” with exclusive visual colors of Ping An Orange, Ping An Green, and China Yellow. Chen Binghui explained, “The three letters are closely connected, representing the integration of three identities, and like surging waves, symbolizing vitality and energy in this profession. We hope this logo will fill every partner with pride and a sense of belonging.”
The 491 emerging representatives selected for this ceremony are a microcosm of Ping An Life’s talent structure optimization. It is reported that among the new talents who joined Ping An in recent years, many are cross-industry elites from banking, technology, education, and other fields. Their overall quality and professional backgrounds continue to improve, showing a clear feature of “high education, high quality, high productivity.” Data shows that among these new talents, 50% hold a bachelor’s degree or above, with an average age of 42, in the golden stage of professional maturity and stable career development. By 2025, they will have provided over 3 billion yuan in insurance coverage for clients, effectively protecting thousands of households; 25% of these emerging talents have achieved MVP standards, demonstrating outstanding business capabilities and successfully leading thousands to join Ping An. Moreover, 268 new talents have leveraged the new Basic Law to achieve rank promotions, accelerating their transition from business partners to “insurance entrepreneurs.”
Among them, Hou Shuo from Beijing Branch was promoted to department manager after only 7 months of employment; Xie Xiya from Quanzhou Branch was promoted to team manager at age 23, both setting internal promotion records. Former bank vice president Zeng Liying, former internet company finance head Lin Jianbin, and Wuying, who has 12 years of experience in Fortune 500 foreign enterprises, have also successfully transitioned across industries. Relying on their professional abilities, they rapidly grew into outstanding insurance wellness advisors, fully demonstrating the significant effect of the “Insurance Wellness Advisor - Talented Plan” in attracting high-end talents and transforming human capital.
Currently, the insurance industry is in a golden development period, with the dual opportunities of wealth allocation transformation and the rise of the silver economy accelerating the reshaping of the industry landscape.
