Sales and Marketing Director Chen Hui-ci stated that the unit was sold for HK$52.6973 million, with a price per square foot of HK$51,816. The project is now almost fully sold out, with only a few units remaining for potential retention.

Ying Da Estate (00432) and Capital Strategy (00497) developed Mid-Levels The Peak Ying Fung Fung, which was sold through a tender process for a 3-bedroom, 1-suite unit with a study. The transaction price and price per square foot both hit new highs for similar units in the project, once again breaking records.

Ying Kee Tai Yuen Real Estate Sales and Marketing Director Chen Huici said that the unit sold today is on 21C, part of the CENTRUM COLLECTION series, with a usable area of 1,017 square feet, comprising 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, and a study. The transaction price reached HKD 52.6973 million, with a usable price per square foot of HKD 51,816, both setting new records for similar units in the project.

She further stated that the CENTRUM COLLECTION project is now almost sold out, with only three units remaining on the 22nd floor, including one fully furnished and decorated unit. They are considering reserving the entire floor, which may be released during the current stage of the building.
