Queue for installation at 8 a.m.! 360's "Security Lobster" national tour kicks off with a spectacular start in Shantou, as the AI fever sweeps across 50 cities.
Recently, under the guidance of the Shantou Overseas Chinese Economic and Cultural Cooperation Pilot Zone Management Committee, the “AI Open Day? Shantou Lobster Conference” was officially launched at the Shantou Cross-border Digital Economy Industrial Park. As an important stop for the 360 Security Lobster Series Salon in the Greater Bay Area, this event attracted over 400 technology developers, security experts, and corporate digitalization leaders.
At the event site, the most popular attraction was the bustling “Lobster Installation Experience Zone.” To meet participants’ urgent demand for cutting-edge AI tools, the installation activity started early at 8 a.m. On-site, several professional engineers provided free, one-stop services from installation and deployment, model configuration, to security protection throughout the day.
The enthusiasm at Shantou is just a glimpse of the nationwide installation craze of 360’s “Security Lobster.” To truly bring the Lobster AI intelligent agent into thousands of cities and enterprises and break the “last mile” of AI technology implementation, starting from March 2026, 360 officially launched the “AI Open Day Lobster Conference” (hereinafter referred to as “Lobster Conference”) nationwide tour. So far, the Lobster Conference has successfully taken place in Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai, Hohhot, Shantou, and other cities, with full attendance at each event. Data shows that offline activities have attracted over 5,000 AI practitioners and tech enthusiasts, with nearly 1,000 devices installed on-site. The first stop in Beijing was held at the 360 headquarters, with online live broadcasts exceeding 40,000 views. Nationwide, the series of events has garnered over 200,000 online exposures, and the “Shrimp Friends” community has grown to over 10,000 members.
This face-to-face approach to solving pain points and hands-on implementation has enabled 360 Security Lobster to achieve true cross-sector popularization. At installation experience zones across various locations, queues include enterprise managers seeking cost reduction and efficiency, experienced tech developers, and young innovators. Without complex coding skills, users of different ages and industries can, with engineers’ assistance, make devices that are “visible, installable, usable, and secure.”
The Shantou Lobster Conference focused on in-depth discussions around core topics such as large model agent technology challenges and AI security protection methodologies. A company leader who successfully completed installation on-site said, “This event combined in-depth discussions on cutting-edge technology with very practical hands-on experiences, giving us a clear view of the real-world value of AI security technology.”
Taking Shantou as a starting point, the 360 Security Lobster ecosystem is accelerating its expansion into the eastern Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is understood that in the future, 360 will continue to work with the Shantou Overseas Chinese Pilot Zone to jointly establish an AI security technology innovation center and talent training base. Meanwhile, the Lobster Conference’s nationwide footprint will gradually expand to nearly 50 cities including Linfen, Ningbo, Chengdu, and Hefei, forming a comprehensive layout covering North China, East China, South China, Northwest, and Southwest regions.
