Pfizer’s Pharmaceutical Sciences Small Molecule (PSSM) team faced challenges with inefficient and non-standardized LC/UV/MS data processing due to diverse instruments and software. By transitioning to Agilent instruments and implementing the MS Workbook Suite built on the Spectrus platform, they semi-automated data processing, analysis, and reporting. This workflow significantly reduced the time spent on data processing, freed up scientists for more valuable tasks, and improved efficiency and accuracy.
