The General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council Issue "Regulations on Clean Conduct in Employment for Leaders of State-Owned Enterprises," Prohibiting Acceptance of Virtual Currency and Other Property

Odaily Planet Daily reports: Recently, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the “Regulations on the Integrity of Leadership Personnel in State-Owned Enterprises.” Article 7 clearly states that leaders of state-owned enterprises shall not use their authority or influence to seek personal gains, including accepting or demanding gifts, cash, securities, virtual currencies, or other property from related companies, business partners, or management and service recipients, nor agree to accept such items after leaving office or retirement.
