Odaily Planet Daily News: The General Offices of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council recently issued the "Regulations on Clean Conduct and Integrity for Leaders of State-Owned Enterprises." Article 7 of the regulations clearly stipulates that leaders of state-owned enterprises shall not use their positions or official influence to seek private gains, including not accepting or soliciting gifts, monetary gifts, securities, virtual currencies, or other valuables provided by affiliated enterprises, business partners, and management service recipients, or agreeing to accept them after resignation or retirement.

Odaily Planet Daily reports: Recently, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the “Regulations on the Integrity of Leadership Personnel in State-Owned Enterprises.” Article 7 clearly states that leaders of state-owned enterprises shall not use their authority or influence to seek personal gains, including accepting or demanding gifts, cash, securities, virtual currencies, or other property from related companies, business partners, or management and service recipients, nor agree to accept such items after leaving office or retirement.
