Xingyin Shanghai Composite Index Enhancement Fund Established on March 23 with Initial Fundraising Scale of 356 Million Yuan
On March 24, Xingyin Fund announced that the Xingyin Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index Enhanced Securities Investment Fund Agreement took effect on March 23, 2026.
The fund completed its fundraising from March 6 to March 19, 2026, attracting a total of 5,545 valid subscriptions. The net amount of funds raised was 356,456,430.95 yuan. After interest carryover, the total subscription shares amounted to 356,530,612.94. The fund transferred the funds into the custodial account on March 23, 2026, and on the same day received written confirmation from the China Securities Regulatory Commission that the filing was complete, officially taking effect.
Among the subscription shares, the net subscription amount for Class A was 65,480,455.14 yuan, and for Class C was 290,975,975.81 yuan, with Class C accounting for over 81%, indicating retail investors prefer the lower-threshold Class C shares. The total interest income was 74,181.99 yuan, all credited to fund shares and not affecting the net asset value.
The fund manager did not subscribe using proprietary funds, with a subscription share of 0; however, individual employees subscribed a total of 101,005.14 shares, accounting for 0.0283% of the total shares, with 99.99% of these being Class C shares, reflecting internal preference for Class C shares.
