That day, my friend also decided to buy the same ring. The store clerk said there were no suitable sizes in stock but could order from headquarters.” After Ms. Wu placed the order, the store received the shipment on February 27. “I asked my husband to pick up the ring from the store. When he brought it home, I noticed the warranty card didn’t have the carat weight, the price was incorrect, and there was no tag on the ring. I raised these questions with the staff. They explained that the delay was due to urgency, and the shop owner directly took the ring back, saying the tags would take at least a week to arrive because updating the system at the company was complicated. Later, on March 1, the store reissued the warranty card. Trusting the Zhou Da Sheng brand, we confirmed the weight again and didn’t insist on the tag issue.”
