Ruichang International Holdings (01334.HK): Guo Enting Appointed as Company Secretary
Gelonghui March 20 — Ruichang International Holdings (01334.HK) announced that Zou Xinglong has resigned as (i) the company secretary; (ii) the company’s authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules; and (iii) the legal representative for service of legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from March 20, 2026. Guo Enting has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal representative for service of legal documents, effective from March 20, 2026. Guo Haiyang will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
