People’s Financial News, March 24 — Jianlin Home Furnishings (603408) announced on March 24 that the company recently signed a partnership agreement with Xiamen Zongheng Jinding Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., to jointly establish Gongqingcheng Jinma Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as “the Fund”). The total fundraising amount for the fund is 25 million yuan, with the company contributing 24.99 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 99.96%. The fund primarily invests in enterprises in high-end manufacturing, advanced technology, and related fields.
