Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DUOT) has signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with Hydra Host for a ~$200M GPU-as-a-Service deployment supporting a leading global technology customer, projecting over $40 million in annual EBITDA. The company also announced the appointment of Doug Recker as CEO, effective April 1, 2026, to lead its transformation into an Edge AI and digital infrastructure platform. Duos is securing a 10MW site in Iowa and evaluating additional locations to build up to 75MW of distributed capacity for its High-Power Edge Data Center business.
