Kaplan Fox Alerts CoreWeave (CRWV) Investors With Losses to the March 13, 2026 Securities Class Action Deadline
Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV) on behalf of investors who purchased securities between March 28, 2025, and December 15, 2025. The lawsuit alleges that CoreWeave made materially false and misleading statements, particularly concerning issues with third-party data center delays which led to lowered revenue guidance and subsequent stock price declines.
