Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 10 — Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, released the “Several Measures to Support the Development of OpenClaw & OPC-STC (Draft for Comments),” which includes ten initiatives: free deployment of OpenClaw agents, token consumption subsidies (up to 100,000 yuan/year), computing power voucher subsidies (up to 20 million yuan), open-source ecosystem construction subsidies (up to 500,000 yuan), dataset procurement grants (up to 2 million yuan), scene demonstration rewards (up to 1 million yuan), free office and residential spaces, talent living and rental subsidies, project funding (up to 4.5 million yuan), and the establishment of a 50 million yuan special fund to fully develop the main hub for artificial intelligence innovation and development.
