Andarville: Announcement on the Signing of a Sales Framework Agreement by the Wholly-Owned Subsidiary
Securities Daily News reported that on March 10th, Andawei announced that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Andawei Civil Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. signed a “Framework Contract for the Mass Production Kitchen Module Procurement of the ARJ21 New Regional Jet Project and the C919 Large Passenger Aircraft Project” with Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The purpose of this contract is to clarify the specific rights and obligations of both parties in the supply cooperation of domestic large aircraft components. The total purchase price of the goods specified in this contract does not exceed RMB 496,925,740.00 (excluding tax).
