Live Nation Entertainment Inc. has requested a federal judge to pause the antitrust case brought by the Justice Department and several state attorneys general, just one week before the scheduled trial. The company seeks to appeal the judge’s recent decision, which allowed the majority of the case to proceed while dismissing claims of monopolizing the concert promotion market and harming fans with higher ticket prices. The trial is set to begin on March 2 in New York.
