Tianfeng Securities Announcement: The company received the “Notice of Administrative Supervision Measures for Suspending Relevant Business and Issuing a Warning Letter” and the “Notice of Administrative Supervision Measures for Suspending Relevant Business, Disciplining Relevant Personnel, and Supervisory Talks” issued by the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau on February 13, 2026. According to the notices, the Hubei Securities Regulatory Bureau intends to impose a two-year administrative regulatory measure on Tianfeng Securities to suspend the business of agency sales of private equity financial products.
