Israeli military claims attack on Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps weapons development facility

On the 10th, the Israel Defense Forces announced that between the night of the 9th and early morning of the 10th, they carried out a series of airstrikes on Tehran, Iran’s capital. The underground facilities used by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for weapons development were targeted. According to the IDF, based on intelligence, the Israeli Air Force completed a series of airstrikes on key infrastructure in Tehran belonging to the IRGC, with one of the targets being a weapons research facility used by the IRGC. The IDF struck an underground tunnel within the facility, which the IRGC armed forces had used for experiments and testing related to ballistic missile development and production. The IDF also stated that the facility is located inside Imam Hussein University, which serves as both an emergency facility and a command center for operational activities.
