Fulede(301297.SZ): Plans to jointly invest in a partnership with professional investment institutions

Gelonghui, March 9 — Fulede (301297.SZ) announced that to implement the company’s strategic development plan, fully leverage the strengths and resources of professional investment institutions, accelerate the company’s industrial ecosystem layout, explore high-quality projects and development opportunities in the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, integrate industry resources, enhance industrial synergy, and improve the company’s overall competitiveness, Anhui Fulede Technology Development Co., Ltd. recently signed a partnership agreement for the Shanghai Pudong Intelligent Manufacturing Phase II Private Equity Investment Fund with Shanghai Jinqiao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as “Jinqiao Capital”) and other partners. The agreement jointly establishes the Shanghai Pudong Intelligent Manufacturing Phase II Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to final approval by the market supervision department; abbreviated as “Pudong Intelligent Manufacturing Phase II,” “Fund,” “this partnership” or “partnership”). The company plans to act as a limited partner with a capital contribution of RMB 40 million, accounting for 12.3077% of the total contribution.

1. This fund mainly invests in growth and mature projects with strong expected returns and industry competitiveness, as well as early-stage projects with high technical barriers that align with future development trends; 2. The fund focuses on investing in advantageous strategic emerging industries in the country and Pudong New Area of Shanghai, including but not limited to: hard technology projects in the integrated circuit and new communication industry chains; 3. The fund primarily makes equity investments or other legal investments in unlisted companies to achieve investment returns for investors.
