Hong Kong: A total of nine residential land plots are included in the 2026-27 land sale plan.

On February 25, according to the Hong Kong Government News Network, the government announced its fiscal budget plan, which includes nine residential land parcels for sale in 2026-27. Along with railway property development, Urban Renewal Authority projects, private development, and reconstruction projects, the total potential land supply for the year is expected to support the construction of approximately 22,000 units. The Hong Kong government will continue not to sell general commercial land in the coming year.
