Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 10 — On the afternoon of March 9, local time, CBS White House correspondent posted on social media that during a phone interview, U.S. President Trump said the war could end very soon. According to reports, Trump said, “I think this war is basically over, almost. They (Iran) have no navy, no communication systems, and no air force.” It is also reported that Trump said this progress is “much faster” than the initial 4 to 5-week timeframe he expected. The reporter also stated that when asked about Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Muqtada al-Houthi, Trump said, “I have nothing to say about him, absolutely nothing.” Trump claimed that “there is already a candidate in mind to succeed Houthi,” but did not elaborate further. Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Trump pointed out that ships are currently passing through, but he is “considering controlling it.” Trump warned Iran, “They have already used all their cards, best not to play any tricks, or this country will be finished.” (Jin10 Data)
