In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council regarding proactively expanding the import of quality services, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the National Health Commission, and the National Intellectual Property Administration have adjusted the “Catalogue of Encouraged Service Imports,” which is now announced. The Announcement No. 14 of 2019 by the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the National Intellectual Property Administration is simultaneously repealed.
