Debang Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to voluntarily withdraw its A-shares from the Shanghai Stock Exchange through a shareholders’ meeting resolution and apply for the stock to be delisted from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) transfer section for continued trading. The cash option provider, JD Logistics Transportation Co., Ltd., has applied to the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited to handle the relevant share settlement procedures based on the valid declaration results of the cash option. As of the date of this announcement, the shares declared for the cash option have been transferred to the securities account of JD Logistics Transportation Co., Ltd., the cash option provider, and the corresponding funds will be transferred to the respective shareholders’ accounts within 5 working days.
