Tam Yumei resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Nomination Committee, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit Committee. Following Tam Yumei’s resignation, the composition of the board and its committees has changed as follows: 1. Shen Zejing was appointed as chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, effective March 9, 2026. 2. Lawrence James Edwards was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee, effective March 9, 2026.
