Nexalin Technology (NXL) lauded recent Congressional actions that increase federal backing for deep brain neurostimulation research, stating its DIFS™ technology aligns with VA and NIH priorities. The company highlighted two appropriations reports signed into law supporting neuromodulation research and an ongoing study with UC San Diego/San Diego VA using DIFS™. While H.R. 7091 is still under committee review, Nexalin sees these legislative moves as a significant step toward recognizing neurostimulation as a high-potential therapeutic approach for conditions like TBI, PTSD, and Alzheimer’s.
