Overall, Wall Street also remains positive on the shares, with the average analyst target suggesting roughly 75% upside over the next 12 months.
Difucci’s Take on Oracle Stock
Difucci reiterated a Buy rating on Oracle. He remains optimistic about the company’s long-term outlook, pointing to strong growth potential in cloud infrastructure and AI workloads. The analyst believes rising demand for AI computing could support continued expansion in Oracle’s cloud business over the coming years.
It is worth noting that Difucci ranks 292 out of more than 10,000 analysts tracked by TipRanks. He has a success rate of 61%, with an average return per rating of 16.30% over a one-year timeframe.
In addition to Difucci, several other analysts maintained their Buy ratings on the stock, driven by expectations of continued growth in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and large AI-related cloud deals. However, RBC Capital analyst Rishi Jaluria reiterated a Hold rating on Oracle and lowered his stock price target to $160 from $195, citing concerns, including the company’s ability to fund its Stargate commitments.
What to Watch on March 10
Wall Street expects Oracle to report earnings per share (EPS) of $1.70 for Q3 FY26, reflecting 15.6% year-over-year growth. Meanwhile, revenue is projected to rise about 20% to $16.92 billion, driven largely by strong demand for cloud services.
During the earnings call, investors will mainly watch whether cloud infrastructure growth remains strong, especially as demand for AI computing continues to rise. Markets will also look for updates on large cloud deals, data center expansion, and demand from enterprise customers.
Is Oracle a Good Stock to Buy?
Heading into Q3 FY26 earnings, Wall Street has a Strong Buy consensus rating on Oracle stock based on 26 Buys and six Hold recommendations. The average ORCL stock price target of $268.41 indicates about 75% upside potential.
