Today I saw someone discussing the actual income structure of State Grid employees. After doing the calculations, it was a bit surprising, so I整理了一下:

1 Basic salary 8600 / month
On the surface, it doesn't seem high,
甚至比很多互联网公司还低。
2 Housing fund 4200 + Enterprise annuity 1650
These two items total 5850 per month, about 70,000 a year,
which is equivalent to earning an extra invisible salary.
3 Various allowances and benefits
Meal subsidy 1200
Medical insurance 850
Supplementary medical insurance 800
Holiday benefits 3000
High-temperature allowance 900
Adding these scattered benefits up, it's about 6750 per month.
4 Year-end bonus 80,000
If averaged over 12 months, that's about 6666 per month.
5 Total sum
Calculating this way, it's roughly close to 300,000 a year,
about 25,000 per month on average.
Is this calculation reliable?
Is there anyone in the power grid system who can say if these numbers are about right?
