Abstract generation in progress

With the implementation of visa-free policies between China and Uzbekistan, personnel exchanges have become more convenient, and cultural交流 and cooperation are increasingly close. Starting March 30, 2026, China Eastern Airlines will officially launch the direct flight route “Shanghai—Tashkent.” This route is an important measure following the opening of the “Xi’an—Tashkent” route in 2025, further serving the high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and deepening China-Uzbekistan connectivity in Central Asia. It expands the “air corridor” centered on Shanghai and oriented toward Central Asia, injecting new momentum into trade, cultural交流, and tourism interactions between the two regions. The round-trip flights for the “Shanghai—Tashkent” route are MU6037/MU6038, with four flights each week, scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The outbound flight departs at 13:40 Beijing time from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and arrives at Tashkent International Airport at 18:40 local time; the return flight departs at 20:20 local time from Tashkent and arrives in Shanghai at 06:15 Beijing time the next day. Currently, tickets for the “Shanghai—Tashkent” route operated by China Eastern Airlines are fully available for sale. (CCTV News)
