SmartTong Finance APP has learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 6, the shareholder of Litiantian Film (09958) transferred shares from Yuexiu Securities Asia to Futu Securities International Hong Kong.
The transfer market value was HKD 7,193,900, accounting for 9.25%.

Litiantian Film issued a notice that, based on the placement agreement dated February 4, 2026, and under general authorization, 72 million new shares will be issued and allotted.
