[Hong Kong Stock Market] The Hang Seng Index once dropped 850 points, falling below 25,000. Oil prices broke $100. China National Petroleum Corporation rose nearly 50%, China Oil Corporation rose nearly 6%. HSBC and Standard Chartered fell nearly 0.5% (updating continuously).
