Since the start of the Iranian military operation, more than 32,000 Americans have evacuated the Middle East.

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Dylan Johnson said on Sunday that the number of American citizens returning safely from the Middle East to the United States since February 28 has exceeded 32,000. He stated that the U.S. Department of State has completed nearly 24 charter flights. Johnson noted that more than half of the Americans requesting assistance to leave declined the transportation services offered by the U.S. government when contacted, with some choosing to stay put or seek alternative options.
